Oak Furnitureland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead showroom sales with an expert product knowledge base and a consultative approach. You will work with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach a dynamic sales team, and ensure a premium customer journey across our furniture range.
You will manage 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a rotating basis, and there is an uncapped commission scheme rewarding success and customer satisfaction.
