We have an opportunity for a Customer Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in Swindon. The Customer Finance team are responsible for managing all finance related queries within the business. This includes managing approved and unapproved finance orders created by customers either online, through telesales agents or a salesperson in the showroom.
Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am till 6pm. You will also need to be able to work a weekend (1 in every 5 weeks) and you'll receive 2 days off during the week. After the training period there would also be an opportunity for hybrid working. The role includes dealing with calls from customers and helping them to complete online and telesales finance orders.
Responsibilities- Complete finance agreements and finance administration duties.
- Review the outliers reports for payments, process refunds and cancellations of finance agreements with all finance partners.
- Assist in the reconciliation of delivered orders to payments requested and investigation of any differences.
- Manage showroom finance agreements through to conclusion including customers amending for increase and decrease in spend to ensure a quick, easy and streamlined process.
- Managing and maintaining the expired finance reports and actions.
- Review and reconcile Overpaid & underpaid reports and resolve any outliers.
- Processing change of delivery address and customer deferral of payment requests.
- Dealing with finance queries and process questions from internal departments.
- Responding to emails from customers, showrooms, customer services, telesales, and finance partners.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Highly organised, ability to prioritise work and work well under pressure in a results driven environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A good understanding of finance and consumer finance products is desirable but not essential.
