Join Oak Engage – Where Communication Meets Connection. Oak Engage is a high-growth, purpose-driven SaaS company backed by NorthEdge to scale our impact in employee engagement. We work with brands including Aldi, Five Guys, and ITV to connect, engage, and empower people through smarter internal communication. We’re building a team of bold, ambitious thinkers ready to shape the future of work and grow with the company.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, versatile Designer to bring the Oak brand to life across digital channels, campaigns, our product, and beyond. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver engaging, high-impact visuals that tell our story, strengthen our identity, and convert interest into action. This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who loves variety—from creating campaign assets and social content to refining UX/UI in product demos and sales materials. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the world sees Oak.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high-quality, on-brand visual assets across digital campaigns, social media, website, email, and events
  • Support product and UX/UI teams with clean, functional interface and visual design
  • Design sales materials, case studies, presentations, and branded templates
  • Evolve and maintain Oak’s brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to deliver design that’s clear, consistent, and compelling
  • Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
  • Contribute to creative ideation and campaign planning

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or digital-first business
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other modern design tools
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design, brand identity, and marketing assets
  • Understanding of design for performance—able to balance creativity with commercial goals
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketers, product teams, and content creators
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles (bonus if you’ve worked on product interfaces)
  • A strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and consistency

Why Join Oak?

  • Help shape the visual identity of a purpose-led, high-growth SaaS company
  • Varied and creative work across brand, product, and campaigns
  • Hybrid and flexible working options
  • Private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, and wellbeing benefits
  • A collaborative, ambitious culture where your ideas are valued
