Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):

  • Monday to Friday
  • No Weekends!
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • (Possibility of a night shift being introduced next year)

Pay Rate: £13.09 per hour (PAYE)

Job Purpose: Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a range of production machinery
  • Manage raw material mixing process

  • Perform mechanical re-sets of tooling and machines
  • Complete machine safety checks before startup
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
  • Support other factory operations as required
