NOW HIRING: Full-Time Production Operatives in Rendlesham, Suffolk. Our client is a market leader and this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with a company that puts its employees first.
Pay & Hours
- £15.24 per hour PAYE (includes 15% shift bonus)
- 4-day working week Monday to Thursday!
- Rotating Weekly Shifts:
- Week 1:
Mon-Wed: 06:00-15:30
Thurs: 06:00-14:30 - Week 2:
Mon-Wed: 11:30-21:00
Thurs: 11:30-20:00
About the Role
As a Production Operative, you'll play a vital role in supporting the company's manufacturing process. Full training is provided. Initial duties include:
- Staging components onto trays
- Using sizing presses and tapping machines
- Running mould machines
- Deflashing and degating parts
Future progression may involve:
- Preparing feedstocks
- Loading/unloading ovens and furnaces
- Machine setting and process optimisation
