Shift Pattern (Rotating Weekly):
- Monday to Friday
- No Weekends!
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- (Possibility of a night shift being introduced next year)
Pay Rate: £13.09 per hour (PAYE) Weekly Pay Holiday Pay Pension Contributions
Job Purpose: Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of production machinery
- Manage raw material mixing process
- Ensure product quality and meet output targets
- Perform mechanical re-sets of tooling and machines
- Complete machine safety checks before startup
- Follow all health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Support other factory operations as required
