The predicted salary is between 36800 - 48000 £ per year.
We have a fantastic opportunity for qualified Electricians to join a well-established company based in Haverhill. This is a full-time PAYE position, with both site-based and mobile roles available.
The Role
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- £43,000 per year PAYE (based on 45 hrs/week)
- Up to £47,000 per year PAYE when permanent, with enhanced overtime
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire 230/415-volt switchgear panels from schematics (and occasionally without drawings)
- Fit remote telemetry current monitoring systems
- Build complex cable assemblies
- Work with cable sizes ranging from 1.5mm to 400mm single-core
- Deliver high-accuracy, quality results consistently
Requirements
- City & Guilds 17th Edition (preferred)
- City & Guilds 2391 and ECS Gold Card (required for mobile roles)
- Strong knowledge of cable preparation, crimping, termination, and testing
- Able to work independently with effective communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and focused on high standards
Mobile Option
- Company van provided
- Available for qualified candidates (must hold 2391 and Gold Card)
- Travel required for mobile roles
- Otherwise, 90% of work can be based at the Haverhill site
