You’ll oversee HR processes, office operations and safeguarding compliance, working closely with the Principal, Trust People Team and colleagues across the Academy. About this Role

  • Overseeing the daily administration of the academy office including line managing, training and developing the administration team.
  • Being responsible for all office and administrative operations within the Academy.
  • Being responsible for Human Resources and People Processes including recruitment, payroll and sickness absence administration.
  • Providing assistance to the principal and the academy's leadership team.

In order to be successful in this role you will:

  • Be enthusiastic, motivated, focused, professional, personable and resilient.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have an ability to organise and prioritise your work, working to deadlines.
  • Be competent in the use of Microsoft packages Word and Excel and Management Information Systems (for example, Arbor, SAMPeople).
  • Minute taking experience is desirable but training can be provided.
  • Be able to work successfully with a range of people, including the wider school community.
  • Promote the vision and values of Authentic Education at all times.
