We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive House Manager to join our team at Oak Academy. In this vital pastoral role, you will support on student welfare, behaviour, and attendance – ensuring every young person in your House feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed. You will work closely with the Head of House, staff, families and external agencies to create a calm, supportive environment where high standards of behaviour and learning are maintained.
