About this Role
You will oversee HR processes, office operations and safeguarding compliance, working closely with the Principal, Trust People Team and colleagues across the Academy. This role will include:
- Overseeing the daily administration of the academy office
- Line managing, training and developing the administration team
- Managing all office and administrative operations within the Academy
- Managing Human Resources and People processes including recruitment, payroll and sickness absence administration
- Providing assistance to the principal and the academy's leadership team
Qualifications
- Be enthusiastic, motivated, focused, professional, personable and resilient.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have an ability to organise and prioritise your work, working to deadlines.
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel and Management Information Systems (e.g. Arbor, SAMPeople).
- Minute taking experience is desirable but training can be provided.
- Be able to work successfully with a range of people, including the wider school community.
- Promote the vision and values of Authentic Education at all times.
