You will join a diverse, global team of DevOps engineers who support the migration, deployment, and reliability of systems in a cloud-first environment, using automation and best practices to deliver scalable, high-performing infrastructure. The role exists to improve service delivery, support customer-facing applications, and introduce Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques into daily operations. The role is open to candidates located anywhere in Lithuania.
YOU WILL:
- Work as part of a global DevOps team to migrate and optimise systems for Azure cloud and hybrid environments.
- Deploy and manage applications using CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure and support processes.
- Build, support and optimise 24x7 production environments, rapidly learn existing systems to ensure high availability.
- Introduce and apply IaC practices, collaborate with developers and other technical teams to improve observability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Take part in developing and improving the Kubernetes platform.
- Participate in rostered on-call support and troubleshooting, ensuring timely incident response and system recovery.
ESSENTIAL:
- Experience implementing CI/CD and version-control practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Practical knowledge of Windows Server and/or CentOS, Azure Cloud, networking, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical knowledge of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, PowerShell, Helm charts).
- Practical knowledge of at least one observability tool (preferably Datadog, Grafana, ELK stack, or Azure monitoring, etc.).
- Security-minded person with some exposure to security tools (OWASP, Sonarcloud or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and quality-first mindset.
- Clear communicator and effective team player.
