As a Demand Generation Executive at OAG, you’ll own the planning and execution of multi‑channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition across the global travel industry. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership from campaign strategy through to optimisation and performance reporting — working closely with sales to turn insight into impact.
YOU WILL
- Own and execute OAG’s demand generation activity, with a clear focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
- Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, email, and organic social.
- Manage and optimise paid media spend, testing audiences, messaging, and formats to maximise ROI.
- Develop and optimise content and digital journeys to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and lead capture.
- Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B environment (SaaS or technology preferred).
- Hands‑on experience running multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SEM, and paid media.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).
- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
