OAG is looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of aviation data and analytics products used by airlines, airports, and travel industry leaders around the world. In this role, you’ll own complex, data-rich problem spaces, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences across multiple workflows and surfaces. What you’ll be doing:

- Use research, customer feedback, and analytics to improve usability and reduce friction
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to shape direction and deliver high-quality solutions
- Facilitate discovery, design reviews, and clear communication of design decisions
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to support scalable, consistent interactions
- Champion simplicity and design excellence, mentoring peers and helping mature OAG’s design practice
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise, or data-driven products
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and impact
- Proven ability to simplify complex data, workflows, and dashboards
- Deep experience designing web-based applications (responsive layouts, interaction patterns, UI best practices)
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
If you also have the below that would be a bonus:
- Experience designing analytics, data visualisation, or enterprise tooling
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) and self-serve experiences
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, validation, or prototyping
- Background in experimentation and data-driven iteration
We will offer you:
- A dynamic work environment at OAG, fostering innovation in a progressive, non-hierarchical culture, where passionate tech enthusiasts continuously develop new products and solutions with a focus on improvement for the aviation industry.
- Flexible working arrangements that allow remote work or office attendance.
- An attractive compensation and benefits package, including private health insurance, a company bonus scheme, and voluntary participation in a company-supported retirement scheme.
- A generous annual leave policy, growing with each year of service, and a day off during your birthday month.
- Participation in team-building activities, team workshops, and group learning sessions.
