About the Company

OAG is a leading data platform for the global travel industry offering an industry‑first single source for supply, demand, and pricing data. We empower the global travel industry with high‑quality, relevant datasets covering the whole journey from planning to customer experience. Headquartered in the UK, with operations in the USA, Denmark, France, Germany, Singapore, Japan, China, and Lithuania.

About the Role

OAG Digital Team is the product and engineering organisation behind making that data accessible and actionable. Through APIs, self‑serve platforms, developer tooling, and consumer‑facing products, we put the world's most comprehensive aviation dataset into the hands of the people who need it. We're now looking for a Product Manager for Core, the foundational platform through which customers discover, provision, and explore OAG data. This is a high impact, high visibility role at the heart of OAG's product‑led growth strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Self‑serve Data Platform: You'll define and drive the roadmap for Core, owning the end‑to‑end customer journey from trial and onboarding through to self‑sufficient data consumption. You'll work closely with engineering on credential provisioning, access tier management, and data delivery patterns including SQL Warehouse, Delta Sharing, and API access, ensuring the platform supports OAG's multi‑tier commercial model with clear entitlements at every level.
  • Developer & API Experience: You'll define what great developer experience looks like for OAG's API‑first customers, from first call to production integration. That means owning the developer portal, documentation, authentication flows, and SDK strategy, as well as identifying opportunities in agentic and LLM integrated workflows as they become part of how customers use data.
  • Customer Onboarding & Lifecycle: You'll reduce time to value for new customers by designing onboarding flows that guide them to their first meaningful insight quickly. You'll instrument the platform to understand where customers get stuck or drop off and use that data to iterate. You'll also work with commercial and customer success teams to translate feedback into product improvements and help identify upsell and retention opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for a data platform, API product, or developer‑facing tool.
  • A strong grasp of how developers and data practitioners discover, evaluate, and adopt data products.
  • Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery and iteration.
  • Confidence communicating and aligning stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and senior leadership.
  • A data‑driven approach, comfortable with product analytics, funnel analysis, and experimentation.
  • Comfort using AI tools in your day to day work, whether for discovery, synthesis, or accelerating decisions.
  • A genuine contributor mindset, as invested in growing OAG's product practice as in shipping great product.

If You Have the Following That Would Be Great

  • Familiarity with data access patterns such as REST APIs, SQL Warehouses, Delta Sharing, or cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with developer portal tooling and API documentation.
  • Exposure to product‑led growth motions, trial, freemium, or self‑serve activation funnels.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS subscription models and how product decisions affect revenue and retention.

We Will Offer You

  • A dynamic work environment at OAG, fostering innovation in a progressive, non‑hierarchical culture, where passionate tech enthusiasts continuously develop new products and solutions with a focus on improvement for the aviation industry.
  • Flexible working arrangements that allow remote work or office attendance.
  • An attractive compensation and benefits package, including private health insurance, a company bonus scheme, and enhanced pension scheme.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, growing with each year of service, and a day off during your birthday month.
  • Work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 1 month per year.
  • Annual learning and development budget.

OAG is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and able to perform at their best. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences. If you require reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know — we’re happy to have an open conversation about how we can support you.
