As Director of Data Products, you will own the strategy, execution, and outcomes of OAG’s aviation data portfolio across three critical value streams:
- Supply – schedules, capacity, network plans, fleet and reference data
- Status – real-time and historical flight status, disruption and performance insights
- Pricing – fares, ancillaries, vacation fares and derived pricing intelligence
You will ensure OAG’s data is trusted, high quality, governed end-to-end, easy to consume, and clearly differentiated in the market. This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role. You’ll bridge customer needs, commercial strategy, and technology—treating data as a product with clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and commercial accountability. You will lead four Product Leads and Product Managers, shaping strategy, coaching leaders, and enabling empowered, high-performing value streams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and execute the end-to-end Data Product strategy
- Engage directly with airlines, airports, travel tech and financial customers to shape propositions
- Drive completion of cloud migration in partnership with Engineering
- Embed strong data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
- Partner with Commercial teams on packaging, pricing and go-to-market
- Track adoption, revenue contribution and data reliability KPIs
What you’ll bring:
