Based in the UK, as an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving go-to-market execution, supporting product positioning and messaging, and enabling the success of our sales and customer teams. This role will work closely with the product and technology teams, sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team to help articulate the value of our solutions, support launches, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will support initiatives that strengthen our market presence, communicate value to target audiences, and empower internal teams with the tools they need to succeed.
This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure unified go-to-market execution, consistent messaging, and the successful positioning of Supply products across all touchpoints.
It would be great if you could evidence a proven track record of success and experience in an Associate Product Marketing Manager role and experience with using data to drive strategic decisions. Knowledge or experience in the Aviation or travel industry is desired but not essential. If you have Experience or knowledge the following tools it would be advantageous: Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce, Seismic, Confluence, Amplitude, Document360, and Clozd is desired.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Accountable for ensuring effective delivery of go-to-market (GTM) plans that align product releases with cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Contribute to the development of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing content that reflect market insights, product capabilities, and buyer personas.
- Accountable for ensuring effective delivery of compelling product collateral (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, solution briefs, FAQs) that support positioning strategy and campaign execution.
- Research, develop, and execute competitive analysis to help identify differentiation opportunities and inform strategic decision-making across product and marketing.
- Responsible for applying a data-led approach to product marketing decisions by leveraging customer insights, performance metrics, and market research to inform messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy.
- Accountable for ensuring effective delivery of internal product knowledge across go-to-market teams through enablement sessions, office hours, and timely documentation updates, in collaboration with Product Management.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing on voice-of-the-customer initiatives by gathering insights from user interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis to influence messaging and roadmap priorities

- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments, with a data-driven mindset and a clear understanding of product marketing’s role in GTM success.
- Demonstrated experience in developing product messaging and positioning that clearly articulates value to customers and differentiates in-market.
- Confident, enthusiastic team player who collaborates effectively across functions and builds strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-performance environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-led approach to decision making; able to interpret customer insights, campaign performance, and market trends to guide strategy.
- Eager to learn and grow; brings curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to both personal development and team goals.
