Today, we're going beyond. We combine unmatched data quality, quantity and access with breakthrough technology and deep industry expertise to deliver what the industry truly needs: not just more data, but better answers. From real-time operational intelligence to strategic decision-making, we power the entire travel ecosystem, from airlines and airports to technology companies and financial institutions. We are actively embedding AI throughout our intelligence layer, combining nearly a century of proprietary data with the latest technology to deliver answers that were simply not possible before. We exist because travel moves the world, and we move travel. By transforming complexity into clarity and questions into answers, we give our partners the intelligence they need to thrive in an evolving world.

As Director of Data Products, you will own the strategy, execution, and outcomes of OAG’s aviation data portfolio across three critical value streams:

  • Supply – schedules, capacity, network plans, fleet and reference data

  • Pricing – fares, ancillaries, vacation fares and derived pricing intelligence

You will ensure OAG’s data is trusted, high quality, governed end-to-end, easy to consume, and clearly differentiated in the market. This is a senior, customer-facing leadership role. You’ll bridge customer needs, commercial strategy, and technology—treating data as a product with clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and commercial accountability. You will lead four Product Leads and Product Managers, shaping strategy, coaching leaders, and enabling empowered, high-performing value streams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Define and execute the end-to-end Data Product strategy
  • Engage directly with airlines, airports, travel tech and financial customers to shape propositions
  • Drive completion of cloud migration in partnership with Engineering
  • Embed strong data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Partner with Commercial teams on packaging, pricing and go-to-market
  • Track adoption, revenue contribution and data reliability KPIs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Significant experience leading data products or data platforms in a B2B environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven revenue impact
  • Experience leading and coaching senior product leaders
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native data architecture and governance
  • Credible, customer-facing leadership style

WE WILL OFFER YOU:

  • A dynamic work environment at OAG, fostering innovation in a progressive, non-hierarchical culture, where passionate tech enthusiasts continuously develop new products and solutions with a focus on improvement for the aviation industry.
  • Flexible working arrangements that allow remote work or office attendance.
  • An attractive compensation and benefits package, including private health insurance, a company bonus scheme, and voluntary participation in a company-supported retirement scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave plus blank holidays and a day off during your birthday month.
