Do you want to start a career that makes a real change? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Tenancy and Estate team. We are based in the beautiful Brocks Hill country park in Oadby and this part of Leicestershire is a great place to live, work and visit. Tenancy Officers are required to spend a significant portion of their working time on our housing estates as well as in the office and will be required to work up to five days a week at either of these locations. We are supportive of flexible working arrangements where possible and encourage you to discuss this with us during the selection process.

The Tenancy and Estate team is responsible for providing tenancy services, income management, and estate services to approximately 1,200 tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with customers. The Tenancy Officer will undertake responsibilities including:

  • Tenancy management
  • Tenancy sign-ups
  • Addressing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
  • Low-level rental arrears
  • Providing general tenancy support

The role will include dealing with all aspects of housing management, including regular estate and home visits. If you have experience in tenancy management and a sound knowledge of best practice and relevant legislation with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
