We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Clean and Green team. The role will be based at the Council's Depot, and you will be working with a team who strives to deliver a great service to its residents. We are based in Oadby and this part of Leicestershire is a great place to live, work and visit. Our council is a great organisation to work for, we offer a competitive salary and fantastic benefits including great holiday, and the generous local government pension scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain our parks and open spaces.
- Help to cleanse town centre areas and public land, including the removal of litter, debris, glass, dog fouling, animal carcasses, fly tipping and fly posting from footpaths, green spaces and other areas around the borough.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working to laid down procedures and experience of working as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Can-do attitude.
