Responsibilities
- The Licensing team are responsible for administering and enforcing laws that regulate licensed activities in the community including alcohol, taxi, gambling, street trading and late-night refreshment.
- The Licensing & Enforcement Officer will carry out inspections and enforcement of licensing laws, ensure compliance and public safety, process applications, prepare legal actions and attend hearings, while working with partners and advising businesses and the public.
