Responsibilities: The Assistant Premises Officer role will carry out a range of cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs tasks as well as setting up & moving furniture for events and meetings. This will occasionally include working outside in adverse weather conditions.

Working Hours: The role will be predominantly Monday to Friday from noon through to 20.00 pm or a split shift including early shift cover in the absence of the Premises Officer. We will also require the successful postholder to occasionally stay until 21.00/22.00 pm to lock up after late meetings.

Qualifications: If you have relevant experience, are able to work independently and manage your time effectively, with a full driving licence we would love to hear from you.

Salary & Employment: Salary: £25,583 - £26,403 (Pay Award Pending). This is a Permanent Full Time position.
