The Temporary Accommodation Move-on Officer will provide advice and support to households in Temporary Accommodation to secure permanent housing solutions in the public or private sector and enable them to move on and out of Temporary Accommodation. Do you want to make a difference to the local community? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Options Team.
Responsibilities
- The Housing Options Team are responsible for advising customers on their housing options if they are homeless or about to be homeless.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the services available to people affected by homelessness.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- DBS check is required.
Position Details
- Salary: £31,537 - £34,434
- This is a Temporary Full Time position.
