This is a Temporary Full Time position.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Property Services team. We are based in the beautiful Brocks Hill Country Park in Oadby and this part of Leicestershire is a great place to live, work and visit. Responsibilities

  • The Property Services team are responsible for statutory compliance, asset management, and tenant-focused housing services.
  • The Housing Inspector (Damp, Mould & Housing Standards) will undertake responsibilities including damp and mould inspections, HHSRS assessments, housing disrepair cases and stock condition surveys.
  • The role involves diagnosing property hazards, specifying remedial works, and ensuring cases are managed in line with Awaab’s Law and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications and experience

If you have relevant experience including carrying out damp and mould inspections, HHSRS assessments, stock condition surveying, report writing skills and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you. A DBS check is required for this post.
