About the role
Do you want to make a difference to your community? We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Housing Options Team. We are based in the beautiful Brocks Hill country park in Oadby, and this part of Leicestershire is a great place to live, work and visit. Flexible working

Team overview
The Housing Options Team are responsible for advising customers on their housing options if they are homeless or about to be homeless.
Responsibilities
The Homelessness Prevention Officer will undertake responsibilities including working with households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to retain their accommodation or secure alternative accommodation.
Qualifications
If you have demonstrable experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal skills, experience of carrying out interviews, investigations & negotiations and strong attention to detail we would love to hear from you. A DBS check is required for this post.
