We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Waste Services team.
The role will be based at the council's depot, and you will be working with a team that strives to deliver a great service to its residents.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Council HGV for refuse, recycling and garden waste collections.
- Handle other waste streams on ad hoc collection rounds.
- Encourage recycling and provide support to residents on waste disposal matters.
- Maintain a "can do" attitude and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- HGV Driving Licence.
- Experience driving a Council HGV for refuse and recycling collections.
- Customer‑focused mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
