This is a Temporary Full Time position.
We are excited to be seeking a Housing Policy and Delivery Manager to join our Housing Management Team on a 2-year fixed term contract. We are based in the beautiful Brocks Hill country park in Oadby and this part of Leicestershire is a great place to live, work and visit.

Employees are generally expected to spend a minimum of 1 day per week in the office.
This is a pivotal role that will help shape the future of housing services at the Council. You will work closely with the Housing Manager, playing a key role in establishing our first Housing Board, ensuring strong governance and oversight across all housing functions. You will also contribute significantly to our preparation for the Regulator of Social Housing inspection, helping us demonstrate excellence, compliance, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
If you have extensive experience in a similar role within the housing sector, a comprehensive knowledge of landlord services, experience of policy development within the housing sector and experience of identifying and managing risk we would love to hear from you.
