What you will be doing
We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our internal sales team in Swindon. You’ll be joining a motivated, close knit team who genuinely care about what they do, support one another and enjoy sharing their knowledge. It’s a great environment for someone who’s helpful, organised and enjoys working with customers.
- Handling customer enquiries and providing clear product information
- Processing sales orders and quotations accurately
- Monitoring and tracking orders and quotes to make sure customers are kept informed
- Supporting colleagues with admin tasks and reporting
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers
- Working closely with other departments to ensure orders are completed smoothly and on time
- Taking part in training to build your product and industry knowledge
