What you will be doing
As a Delivery Driver at Clenviro, you’ll be responsible for delivering and collecting materials safely, professionally, and on time. You’ll represent the company on the road and at customer sites, so a reliable and friendly approach is essential. The role includes carrying out basic vehicle checks, handling paperwork accurately, and making sure loads are secure and delivered as expected. In everything you do, you’ll help uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values, supporting the bigger picture of our business.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Completing safe and timely deliveries and collections of materials.
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Keeping the vehicle clean, presentable, and fuelled in line with company procedures.
- Checking loads, matching delivery notes to manifests, and recording any discrepancies.
- Completing delivery notes, returns paperwork, and other documentation correctly.
- Reporting incidents, near misses, or problems following company procedures.
- Wearing PPE and following all health and safety guidelines.
- Completing any required training and developing a good understanding of our product range.
What are we looking for
We’re looking for a safe, reliable, and professional Delivery Driver who takes pride in their work. You should be confident behind the wheel, comfortable dealing with customers, and able to follow procedures to keep yourself and others safe. To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following:
- A valid UK Driving License
- Previous driving experience
- Good awareness of transport and road safety regulations.
- A reliable, punctual approach and a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills and a respectful approach with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail when loading, unloading, and completing paperwork.
- Ability to use your initiative and solve problems on the road.
Salary - £13.52 per hour
Hours vary to suit business requirements (20 hours per week)
