What you will be doing: As a key member of the Logistics team, you will act as the main contact point for all colleagues within the department, helping to ensure picking and packing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support activities across Logistics and the wider business, always working in line with our mission, vision, and values. A big part of your role is promoting customer service excellence every day, leading the section towards achieving its KPIs, and maintaining strong Health & Safety standards. You’ll also bring a continuous improvement mindset to daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Organising daily workflow to maximise efficiency and adopting a hands on approach to support the team.
- Assisting with decision making, resolving issues, and mentoring colleagues to improve accuracy and performance.
- Ensuring correct use of the warehouse management system and reporting issues promptly.
- Leading and attending KPI focused meetings and supporting team performance to achieve targets.
- Applying company processes for right‐first‐time standards and maintaining a safe, clean, organised working environment.
- Monitoring PPE standards and working closely with Logistics and Transport to deliver customer requirements.
