Oad Street Food & Crafts in Sittingbourne is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead front-of-house operations, coordinate staff, and ensure high standards of service and presentation while working closely with the kitchen and management teams.
You’ll support training, scheduling, and guest issue resolution, with emphasis on cleanliness, safety and a calm, friendly approach during busy services. Barista experience is welcome but not essential.
