We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our agency team. This role works predominantly with one of our celebrity founded health and wellness clients, so a genuine interest in the health and wellness space is desirable - you'll be helping to grow a brand you can get behind.

You'll own the social strategy, content and reporting for your client roster, working closely with clients on calls and in quarterly business reviews. You won't be running paid ad campaigns yourself, but you'll plan them, create the assets, and report back on performance.

  • Develop quarterly content strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Lead client calls and quarterly business reviews with confidence
  • Plan and report on paid ad activity - creating assets and briefs (running the ads is not required)
  • Content Creation & Oversight
  • Ideate, plan and oversee content shoots for your client roster (all kit provided)
  • Edit reels and video content using CapCut
  • Write compelling captions and copy across platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Design graphics and visual content using Canva
  • Write and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all client accounts

Reporting & Performance

  • Review client performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients with clear, actionable next steps
  • Track KPIs across the client roster and identify opportunities for optimisation

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in content strategy, planning, creation and reporting
  • Experience managing high-performing social media channels, with a strong understanding of what drives reach and engagement
  • Strong proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • A creative, design-led eye for content that performs
  • Confidence leading client meetings and presentations
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership, and is comfortable working independently
  • Natural leadership qualities with a collaborative, supportive approach
  • Forward-thinking, and genuinely excited by client success and brand growth
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for client content shoots is preferred (mileage paid)
  • A strong interest in the health and wellness space is desirable

The Details

  • Location: Bromsgrove — 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Bonus: Bonus scheme available after successful completion of probation
  • Travel: Occasional travel to client content shoots; mileage paid
