We’re looking for an experienced M&E Project Lead to join our growing team. This role is suited to someone with a minimum of 7-10 years’ experience on the tools, who has either already transitioned into a management role or is now ready to take that next step. A strong practical background is essential, combined with the confidence to lead projects, manage teams, and take responsibility from start to finish.
Role responsibilities
- Leading M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Overseeing projects with values up to £4 million
- Reviewing and working from drawings and technical information
- Managing compliance, certifications, and project documentation
- Building, leading, and supporting site teams
- Managing quality, programme, and delivery
- Taking responsibility for final checks and signing off completed works
Candidate profile
- This role would suit someone who has progressed through the tools and understands site delivery
- Has strong all-round Mechanical & Electrical knowledge
- Is already in, or ready to step into, a leadership/management position
- Is confident making decisions and taking accountability
