Are you an experienced Order Picker looking for a fresh opportunity in a fast-paced, supportive warehouse environment?
Our client, a well-established company based in North West London, is seeking reliable and detail-driven Order Pickers to join their warehouse team on a temp to permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy setting, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values accuracy and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders
Carry out quality control checks to ensure high standards
Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status
Load and unload deliveries with care and safety in mind
Keep workstations and stock areas clean and well-organised
Work closely with other team members to improve efficiency
Assist with goods in/out and cross-check documentation
What We’re Looking For
2 years’ experience in a similar picking/packing role
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Familiarity with WMS systems is an advantage
Confident with basic IT skills
Strong eye for detail, particularly with quality control
Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting tasks
