Osborne Appointments have an exciting opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative with our client based in Magor with guaranteed hours. This role will be ongoing and is a great opportunity to join a company that offers training, excellent benefits, and a friendly work environment.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working for one of the UK’s leading food and drink wholesalers.
PAY: £17.66 p/h Holiday Pay
Overtime: £24.37
SHIFTS: Monday-Friday / Sunday-Thursday 22:00-06:00
Please note: the training for this role will be 06:00-14:00, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Pick orders accurately and efficiently using hand-held scanners.
- Load picked items onto pallets, ensuring they are stacked securely and safely.
- Label pallets and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, particularly in order picking and pallet loading.
- Familiarity with using hand-held scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
