Warehouse Operative – Excellent Pay Rates
Location: Hatfield, AL10
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week + Overtime
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join our successful team. This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours and immediate starts available. Positions are offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity for a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
Pay Rates
- £13.60 per hour (before 6pm) increased to £14.36 after 12 weeks
- £16.12 per hour (after 6pm) increased to £17.05 after 12 weeks
- £14.86 Sunday Rate increased to £15.70 after 12 weeks
- Bank Holiday Rates from £23.68 per hour
- Pick Bonus paid for over achieving target
- PLUS Holiday Pay
Shift Pattern
- Rotating shifts
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00
- 5 out of 7 days with every other weekend off
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for picking customer orders onto pallets using a LLOP.
