Warehouse Manager required for a business in the Edmonton, North London area. We are seeking an organised, proactive & detail orientated Warehouse Manager with previous experience in managing an established Warehouse team.

Contract: Temporary to Permanent £19.23-£25.00 p/h which is approx. £40-52k per annum, this is dependent on experience.

Location: Edmonton, North London

Times: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday however additional hours may be required during peak periods and in line with business requirements.

Duties of the Warehouse Manager role:

  • Managing an established Warehouse Team within Picking, Packing, Goods In, Goods Out & General Warehouse duties.
  • Take ownership of the department & leading by example.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet Customer requirements.
  • Ensuring team are achieving operational targets on a daily & weekly basis.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing inventory levels, stock control and accurate record-keeping.
  • Supervise, train and motivate warehouse staff.
  • Ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately.
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety as well as housekeeping.
  • Liaise with suppliers as well as other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Investigate any stock discrepancies.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative working environment.

What we would like from you as a Warehouse Manager:

  • Previous experience within a Warehouse Manager role.
  • Experience in leading a team & being hands-on within the role.
  • Available immediately to start a new position.
  • Local to the Edmonton area within a reasonable journey time.
