Warehouse Manager – Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods
- Ensure customer demand and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved
- Maintain accurate stock control through regular stock counts and effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Optimise warehouse layout, storage utilisation and workflow efficiency
- Supervise, motivate and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational targets
- Manage staffing levels including rotas, holidays, absences and performance reviews
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
