We are currently recruiting for a Driver’s Mate to join a busy and growing team based in Tilbury. This is a hands-on role supporting drivers with daily deliveries and ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently to customers.
Duties will include:
- Assisting drivers with multi-drop deliveries
- Loading and unloading boxes and pallets
- Helping to ensure deliveries are completed on time
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude when dealing with customers
What we are looking for:
- Previous Driver’s Mate or warehouse experience would be advantageous
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Well presented and professional
- Able to work early morning starts
