They are looking for a proactive and professional Team Administrator to support their Finance and Customer Service teams, with additional involvement across the Sales department. Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming phone calls, resolving queries, and directing calls to the appropriate department
  • Managing emails and administration for the Customer Service and Finance teams
  • Preparing documentation packs for customers
  • Coordinating inspections and follow-ups for customers
  • Attending meetings with managers and directors to support with administrative tasks
  • Providing additional admin support across the Finance and Sales teams as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Office-based admin experience (e.g., Admin Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service, Coordinator)
  • Previous Construction or Property experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and directors
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Must be a driver, as occasional site visits with directors may be required
