We are supporting a well‑established, professional organisation that prides itself on delivering a high level of service to its customers and visitors. They offer a welcoming working environment and are now looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their business.

Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Answer and redirect incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Welcome guests, manage the visitor log and issue passes where required
- Monitor and respond to emails in the general inbox
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Book meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for use
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team (filing, scanning, data entry)
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
What we would like from you
- Previous experience in a reception, front‑of‑house or customer‑facing administrative role
- A professional, courteous and confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and switchboard/phone systems
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to help others
- Reliable, punctual and able to commit to part‑time hours each week
