Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join their team. You will provide vital support across administration, finance, and order fulfilment, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Training will be provided on the company’s ERP systems, so prior experience with them is not required.
Details:
- 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times between 7:30 am–6:00 pm
- Opportunity for extra hours based on business needs
- Occasional travel may be required (full driving licence essential)
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support to our client’s team in Order Fulfilment and Finance
- Input customer quotations and orders into ERP systems
- Produce and collate export shipping documentation
- Assist with Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees for export invoicing
- Record production staff timecards and staff attendance
- Manage DHL dispatches and general office duties
- Handle calls and assist with visitor arrangements
- Highlight and resolve problems efficiently as part of the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Good GCSEs in Maths and English; A-levels desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and ability to work with all levels of staff
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
