An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established growing business based near St Albans.

Duties of an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor:

  • Dealing with customers via the telephone and over email
  • Processing customers orders using SAGE
  • Updating the database
  • Liasing with customers / clients in Italian

  • Previous experience working within a customer service environment
  • Ability to use own initative
  • Knowledge of SAGE is desirable
