We are recruiting for a HIAB Driver with a HGV Class 2 Licence to join our client near to Hemel Hempstead.

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £40,000 per annum company profit share bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 44.75 hour week including alternate Saturdays

We are looking for an individual to join our client on a permanent basis with interviews being held this week and next week. If you have previous experience and a Class 2 Licence as well as HIAB then please apply.

  • 8 Bank Holidays (increases with length of service to 30 days bank holidays)
  • Paid Christmas shutdown
  • CPC training provided

Duties of a HGV Driver:

  • Operate HGV and associated equipment safely and competently
  • Deliver building materials around the local area in a professional manner
  • Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles
  • Maintain journey, mileage, and hours records
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects
  • Operate tachograph in line with legislation
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures
