Export Administrator β Responsibilities:
- Manage overseas customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Provide shipping quotations and order confirmations to customers
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
- Arrange shipments with freight partners and ensure export documentation is accurate and compliant
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare invoices and related paperwork for international consignments
- Book orders onto the stock management system and carry out regular stock checks
- Process and send out sample requests
- Support the Export team with general administrative duties
Export Administrator β What Weβre Looking For:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration (essential)
- Knowledge of Export/Logistics is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
