A busy, small office is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support the finance function. This role is primarily centred around invoicing, bookkeeping, cost tracking, and reporting, while providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with directors and support the wider team with accurate and timely financial information.

- Manage invoicing, payments, remittances, and CIS statements.
- Support job costings and ensure all project-related costs are accurately captured.
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Analyse project profit margins and highlight any variances or efficiencies.
- Collate financial data from multiple sources to support reporting and decision-making.
- Assist with payroll and system/process improvements.
- Provide light administrative support where required within a small team.
