Part-Time HR Administrator - Edinburgh City Centre

Hours:

30 hours per week across 4–5 days. Initially 3 months with potential to extend. Hybrid working.

The role of HR Administrator:

  • Managing and monitoring shared HR inboxes, responding to queries and escalating where necessary
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment administration: advertising vacancies, issuing offers, coordinating pre-employment checks, and onboarding new starters
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating HR systems
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
  • Supporting the implementation of a new HR system
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
  • Assisting with HR process improvements and guidance documentation
  • Supporting coordination and tracking of training activity
