The role of Team Administrator:
- Managing new client onboarding and compliance processes
- Conducting KYC and AML checks
- Maintaining accurate compliance and client records
- Coordinating team travel, meetings, and events
- Preparing expenses, invoices, and reports
- Updating CRM records, opportunities, and job lists
- Creating and distributing marketing email campaigns
- Providing comprehensive support to the Commercial Investment team
