The role of Project Administrator includes:

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining data within Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Tracking daily work progress and deadlines through organised systems
  • Producing regular reports and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Assisting with preparing reports and presentations for meetings
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
  • Updating daily records of engineers' completed work
  • Scheduling jobs and managing workloads
  • Maintaining timesheets, calendars, and meeting coordination
  • Managing internal and external communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and organising documentation in line with company processes
  • Preparing and editing documents to a high standard
  • Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support operations
  • Using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation

The ideal Project Administrator has:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience working with data, reporting, or scheduling desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability
  • Eligibility to undergo relevant security checks
