The role of Office & Accounts Manager:

  • Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and facilities, coordinate suppliers and maintain records
  • Organise meetings and travel, and ensure compliance with policies and health & safety
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with HR and recruitment processes
  • Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
  • Process invoices and expenses and reconcile accounts
  • Manage payables and receivables and support month-end reporting
  • Assist with VAT and compliance

The ideal Office & Accounts Manager:

  • Experience in office management and bookkeeping or accounts
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Previous management experience
