The role of Receptionist & Office Administrator:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued
- Prepare correspondence, letters, and emails on behalf of Partners
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure records are up to date
- Perform general office administration including scanning and photocopying
- Order office supplies and keep the office organised
- Assist with various administrative and office support tasks as needed
The ideal Receptionist & Office Administrator:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office administrator, ideally in professional services or accountancy
